The other day we were supposed to put together a storybook of a day for our music class. So instead of printing photos and glueing them to paper ( who has time for that), I put together a quick (and very basic) slideshow of our beach trip with friends.
I picked out some of the better photos to post here and since I already had the slideshow ready, I am publishing it as well.
The dresses the girls are wearing are by Lourdes Kids and Lexi is sporting her favorite Star Babiators.
Swimsuit is by Submarine Kids and the swim jacket is by Konfidence.

Hi Elena, oh she is too beautiful!!! quite a little poser in the one pic, really cute. I’m new to your blog, but I love it. I have an Alexis of my own, but she is 3 month old and I can relate t your Lexi. My little one is a bad sleeper and has me awake every two hours at night (we also co sleep). But my little one wont nap during the day anymore. Well, we got twenty minutes this morning but no more. feel terrible about it but she just wont nap, we try everything. Ending up with a very cranky baby in the evenings. none of my friends have this with there babies, just me. Some days are really hard and others are easy, we love our little girl more than anything though. So, I wanted to thank you for your blog, its helped me more than you could ever imagine, just knowing that I am not the only one who has gone through this. How is her sleep now may I ask? When did you see signs of improvement in her sleep.?

when Lexi started walking her sleep changed for the better. Then another jump when she turned 2 and she had her first week of sleeping through the night after she turned three. Every year it gets better and it probably won’t take as long for your Alexis to start sleeping. Most kids do improve greatly by 2 when melatonin starts getting produced.
I noticed you have the full protective clothing for the sun. Good for you. I see too many little ones (and bigger kids) out here on the beach without it. Last week my 10 yr. old daughter went surfing with friends and another mom. She ditched the rash-guard to be ‘cool’, and is now paying the price. Best Regards.
