I guess since I mentioned the ABC, I will post some pictures of how Lexi enjoyed it. The show showcases kid products and is not open to public but often attendees bring their children to the show who have lots of fun going from booth to booth trying out toys.
My Daily Mom editor Megan joined me on this trip with her son Will as well.
On the left: taking Lexi “to work”
On the right top: With my favorite PR rep
On the right bottom: trying out a really cool breastfeeding pillow/blanket prototype by Kushies.
With Megan on the first day. It’s funny because we are both wearing nursing shirts.
Bottom: “modeling” a super nice Pacapod diaper backpack (check it out, it’s a seriously cool product as far as diaper bags are concerned. New concept!)
Megan and I going out for a romantic french dinner at Alize the top of the Palms ( it was AHMAZING!). If you’re ever in Vegas and looking for a special dinner, I don’t think it gets any more special than this.
ABC Expo is known for its brand dinners. My favorite is annual pediped dinner where they invite the biggest and best influencers on the web and let us spend time together celebrating Pediped.
This picture below is from a private small dinner at the end of the show with my favorite rep and Nancy from Apple Park.
This is a perfect example of my life as a traveling editor.Check out all the tech: phone, mirrorless camera, DSLR, computer and a power bank.
Lexi testing out products:
OXO snack and sippy cups, backpacks and strollers.
Testing out an adult Nuna chair and posing for a picture with the rep for Cybex. I matched their staff colors 🙂
More product testing:
Phil and Ted’s High chair (pretty cool adjustable one)
Dealing with crazy Las Vegas winds.
Hope you enjoyed taking a look at what goes on behind the closed doors of the ABC expo.
Will was so tiny! Lexi has grown too, obviously, but I think because she’s older, it’s not as shocking.
That place looks like a lot of fun! I had a hair wrap like Lexi’s when I was a kid 🙂
Hahaha yeah he really grew! And ABC is a lot of fun! For both adults and kids ( as long as you bring them one day only lol)
