Part II of Real Life in Instagram, Nov ’12

Part II of the November Instagrams.

It is mind blowing to me how much Lexi has grown in just one month! Can’t wait to share the December stuff {first world problem: too little time too many photos}

1. Typical Meals. I don’t get a chance to cook a lot, because Lexi usually wants mommy, so daddy ends up being the chef. But when I do cook, it’s 5-6 meals at the same time {multitasker and overachiever anyone?}

This picture shows an evening worth of food made: raddish and cucumber dill salad, vegan pizza with vegan pepperoni and vegan cheese, sauteed cabbage and carrots, roasted fingerling potatoes with portobella caps, vegetable soup.

2. At that time this was a usual scene at naptime (ran away from me after nursing). Lexi goes through stages of “I WILL NOT SLEEP NO MATTER WHAT” and “Yup, I am ready to sleep, let’s do it!”

3. This was the first time I saw Lexi lying like a real toddler. Look at those feet- Aw!

4. Again bedtime. Loving on mama.

5. At a playground, too stinking cute!

6. With a girlfriend at a playground. When we met there, we were shocked to see they the girls were dressed so alike.   Lexi looks like such a boy there 😛

7.

-“Oh I like your flower!”

-“Oh I like your eyes!”

8. Bookworm.

9. Just being the usual self.

9. She loves toilet paper and we let her go to town with it.

10.

11. Stairclumbing

12. Talking to US grandma on the phone!

13. Getting changed.

14. I love all the sleeping positions she has. This girl needs a king size bed to be comfortable.

15. Reading a bedtime Dr Seuss book on the iphone with daddy.

16. Another sleeping pose.

17.  Riding a weird  space-like swing.

18. My baby is no longer a baby. Damn! Look at her bangs!

19. The usual antics 🙂

20. Mommy at 2 year of age, Lexi at 10 months.

21. Organized books. For a few seconds, that is.

22. More reading

23. Finally caught a picture of her smile. Super hard to do, because this girl smiles only when played with or talked to, which is impossible to snap pics of.

24. Cutie pie.

25. More reading.

And that’s all. November on Instagram is done. Hope to get December out before Jan is done. LOL

    She looks so much like you as a baby! Almost identical! Crazy! We love Hand, Hand, Fingers, Thumb here too! It’s one of our favorites!

    So sweet! I think those swings are available for older, handicapped children. I’ve never actually seen an older child using one, but it’s pretty cool that the option is there.

      Maybe. Though there were no other options there as far as swings for smaller babies…

        Cute! Love Lexi’s playdate pics. Those are definitely handicap swings. They are pretty cool.

    Yes, the swing in #17 is for a child with a disability.
